Cave Aged Gouda
This creamy Gouda is aged 3 to 6 months in our underground caves in Russellville. The raw milk and our unique culture gives this cheese a full flavor, but with a sweet, nutty finish. It's a fantastic cheese to cook with and has excellent melting properties. It pairs well with beer, medium bodied reds or fruity white wines. Sold in approximate 1/2 lb. wedges.
